Coordination of Reherseal and Reherseal Dinner:

-Direct wedding party during rehearsal

-Confirm details with officiant and vendors

-Will make arrangements and assist with decorations and set up for the rehearsal dinner

Coordination of

Wedding Ceremony:

- Dressing of bride

- Ceremony decor

- Emergency kit

- Direct wedding party

- Manage timeline of events

- Manage and direct vendors, distribution of final payments

- Clean up and transportation of decor, flowers and gifts to reception

Coordination of

Wedding Reception:

- Set up of decor and will oversee delivery, setup and breakdown of rental equipment

- Floor plan design (table placement, floral arrangements, place cards, menus, ect)

- Manage and direct vendors, distribution of final payments

- Coordinate newlywed's entry into reception, first dance, cake cutting, and toasts

- Assist with loading of gifts
